Perfectly situated on a hillside along the north coast of Rethymno, near the vibrant village of Bali, Troia Villas enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The complex comprises three independent villas, each featuring a private swimming pool and four en-suite bedrooms. The nearest beach, along with a variety of shops and amenities, is just 2 km away, while its privileged location also allows easy access to the nearby cities of Rethymno (30 km) and Heraklion (45 km). Each Villa offers: - 4 en-suite bedrooms - A private, 56m2 swimming pool with hydromassage and a shallow area for children. - Fully equipped BBQ facilities - Fire pit In addition, Troia Villa II offers a ping pong table, trampoline, soccer nets and a slide. -All pools can be heated for an additional charge per day, for each pool. Must be requested at least one week in advance and applies for the entire duration of your stay. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Troia Villas are located in Bali just 2 km away from the homonym sandy beach and beautiful seafront village with lovely views to the Cretan Sea. It is one of the most central locations, from where you can easily access the whole island. Bali has all kinds of shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, traditional taverns, cafes, bars, beach bars and restaurants and four nearby beaches, the closest one being just 2km away from the villa. In addition, there is a waterpark on the sea including a variety of water attractions for the whole family. A scuba diving centre and water sports can also be found nearby.
