Kind regards! ••• [PLEASE NOTE - HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFO] ••• 1. The minimum changeover period between reservations is 1 night. __ 2. Guests are kindly requested to TURN OFF all electrical appliances such as air-conditioners etc. when they leave the villa. __ 3. Air-conditioners' temp should not be set BELOW 22°C. __ 4. The max no of guests is 9; the 9th bed is considered as an extra and could either be a baby cot (0-2 yo) without surcharge or a regular bed (3+ yo) with a surcharge of 45 EUR/night. __ 5. A max of 2 babies can be accepted however only 1 can be accommodated as we only provide 1 cot/crib, free of charge. In case of a 2nd baby you will have to bring your own portable. __ 6. Please note that the "Environment Fee" (actual name: "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" - 15 EUR/night) has been imposed to us by the Greek Govt. ••• [ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD] ••• The neighborhood is quiet, with traditional houses and hotels of Cycladic architectural style where the blue & white colour combination, dominates. At a distance of 100 to 200m you can find: mini market/grocery, grill house ("souvlaki" restaurant), restaurants & fish taverns, cafes/bars, bakery, souvenir/clothing/jewelry stores, ATM, car/scooter rental agency, bus stop/service, free parking lots, 2 beaches (a large and a little one) etc. Finally, 2 supermarkets are in a distane of 1-1.5km away from the villa.
