This is a complex of 5 identical brand new, 60sqm villas in the airport area. Each villa has 2 levels and 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor is located the fully equipped kitchen along with the living room and a bathroom as well as the first bedroom with direct access to the outdoors and the pool. The comfortable sofa bed of the living room can accommodate up to 2 pax in 180x200cm. On the upper floor, the second attic bedroom is located with an ensuite bathroom. Bath amenities include robes, slippers, and toiletries. Smart speakers are also available. Daily cleaning is included. Each villa has it's very own private pool 3m x 5m depth of 1.5m with sun loungers and poofs, and, a patio with outdoor furniture, and a fresco dining area as well as a parking space, despite the fact that is located in a larger plot along with other villas. Is a 5-minute walking distance from tavernas and bars at ''Old Port'' and 15 min drive from the most beautiful beaches. Located 2,8 km from Xanemos beach and 2,5 km from Megali Ammos beach. Papadiamantis street and Skiathos Port is 1,5km away and Plakes beach is a 10 min drive.

Skiathos airport is a very small one, with limited flights that are totally paused during the evening when the airport is closed so the proximity should not be an issue of potential noise.
