Uva Nera House Oia is located in the Baxedes area on the Oia - Airport regional road. The location of the house is in a quiet environment, builted in the middle of a vineyard but at the same time close to the beach of Baxedes, giving the opportunity to get in touch with Nature and also enjoy swimming in the sea, always being a breath away from the cosmopolitan village of Oia. My family and I live on the same property so we are always available for our guests needs. Depending on the season, if you wish, you could participate in the vine tending process or wine production, as well as taste seasonal fruit from our own trees.

Uva Nera House Oia is located in the Baxedes area on the Oia - Airport regional road. The location of the house is in a quiet environment, builted in the middle of a vineyard but at the same time close to the beach of Baxedes, giving the opportunity to get in touch with Nature and also enjoy swimming in the sea, always being a breath away from the cosmopolitan village of Oia. A comfortable and elegantly decorated house of 56 sq.m. ready and fully equipped to accommodate up to four people. Equipped living room with dining area and TV. In the bedroom there is a double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed which can accommodate an additional two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils in case you want to prepare your own meal. Also provided a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer and a safe box. The yard is spacious and surrounded by plants and trees, offering a view of the traditional settlement Of Foinikia. There is a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner.

The distance from the center of Oia is 4 km, from the center of Fira 10 km, from the airport 12 km. and from the port of Athinios 18 km by car. For the best service, is recommended that the visitor rent a car or ATV, which we can also arrange for you after your request.
