Garden Villa Glyfada is a spacious villa at the heart of Glyfada, one of Athens’ most chic neighbourhoods, boasting a 115m2 interior and a lush 600m2 green garden space. The 1950s villa was fully renovated in June 2023 and comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests. Inside the villa, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, dining table, sofas, and TV. The outside area includes a large garden (ideal for children and pets) and a patio space with lounge chairs and a barbecue.
The villa is located in a quiet street in the centre of the Glyfada neighbourhood, which is home to a vibrant dining scene, trendy cafes, and a chic shopping district. It is also a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Aegean coast, with Asteras beach located 100 meters from the villa, and Voula beach 2 stops away on the tram.
Garden Villa Glyfada is 2 mins away from the X96 bus stop, which goes directly to the airport, and 1 min from the tram stop, which goes all the way to Syntagma Square, Athens’ historical centre and home to famous landmarks such as the Acropolis, the Parthenon and Plaka neighbourhood. There is also a large supermarket 2 minutes away by foot.
