Leto Suite: A Suite with a Hot Tub situated on the second floor. Both suites are located in a prime area that overlooks the Venetian port and palm beach, with easy access to the best local entertainment, including cafes, restaurants, and bars. The elegant architecture of the historic building is enhanced by modern, functional touches from the recent renovation, harmonizing with the stunning natural landscape of the island. The Leto Suite features exclusive access to a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi and dining facilities, available from April the 17th to October 15th, weather permitting. We are happy to accommodate access to the terrace and jacuzzi outside of this season upon request and for an additional fee, contingent upon weather conditions. Please note that from October 16th to April 15th, the suite rates do not include access to the terrace and hot tub. Complimentary cleaning services are available every three days upon request, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Towels can be replaced every three days, and bed linens are changed weekly. Hi! We are Yiorgos and Popi, the couple who runs the company, and Lydia, our daughter who helping us, as we have to spend some periods in Thessaloniki. V77 Seafront Suites used to be the house Yiorgos grew up and we decided to renovate it and make a special luxurious rental place, after quitting our jobs at a bank. We are really happy about our decissions.

Our property is located in one of Rethymno's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods, right on the city's beautiful waterfront. Whether you visit in winter or summer, the promenade is a favorite meeting place for both locals and visitors. From April 1st until the end of the season, the road in front of the apartment is closed to traffic every evening from 7:30 PM and transforms into a lively pedestrian street filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, and local entertainment. This unique location allows you to experience the authentic atmosphere and nightlife of Rethymno right at your doorstep. Please note that during the summer months, music from the surrounding venues may continue until around 2:00 a.m. This is part of the area's vibrant character and is permitted by the local authorities, so unfortunately it is beyond our control. The rear bedrooms are generally quiet, while the front ones may be affected by the lively surroundings. If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded holiday, our property may not be the ideal choice. However, if you enjoy staying in the heart of the action, you'll love this location. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Parking in the Old Town can be challenging, especially during the high season, as parking is restricted and spaces are limited. While we do not have a private parking space, we will be happy to help you find a suitable parking option whenever possible. There are paid parking spots in walking distance. A car is not necessary for exploring the Old Town, as everything is within walking distance. However, if you plan to discover the rest of the island, renting a car is highly recommended. We would be happy to recommend a reliable car rental company or arrange a trusted driver for you. Location allows you to explore the historic Old Town entirely on foot. The Venetian Harbour, the Fortezza Fortress, museums, shops, cafés, restaurants, and all essential services are literally just steps away.
