Είναι μια όμορφη αυτόνομη κατοικία πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενη με δυο υπνοδωμάτια σαλόνι κουζίνα μπάνιο .Βρίσκετε στο κέντρο της Ασπροβαλτας Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ,μικροσυσκευες σαλόνι τηλεόραση τραπεζαρία εντός και εκτός κατοικίας..Η αγορά βρίσκετε γύρω από την κατοικία σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων από το σπίτι. έχει ένα όμορφο μπαλκόνι μπροστά στην αγορά και ένας μικρός κήπος στο πίσω μέρος όπου μπορούν οι επισκέπτες να κάνουν μπάρμπεκιου και να απολαύσουν τον καφέ τους η το πότο τους. Το κυριότερο απέχει 200 μέτρα από την παραλία όπου θα απολαύσουν το μπάνιο τους με την χρυσή αμμουδιά και τα γαλανά νερά της θάλασσας και 100 μέτρα από τον πεζόδρομο της Ασπροβαλτας.

Άλλωστε όλοι οι επισκέπτες μας φεύγουν με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις γιαυτό και η βαθμολογία μας στην booking είναι στο 9.Το όνομα μου είναι Βασιλική είμαι ένας άνθρωπος που μου αρέσουν οι δημόσιες σχέσεις και θέλω οι άνθρωποι που συναντώ να περνάνε καλά και να γίνονται φίλοι μου

Στο vila stefanies όλα είναι κοντά .Ο φούρνος το σούπερ μάρκετ αγορά για ρούχα για παπούτσια για φαγητό όλα απέχουν 10 μέτρα από την vila.Η Ασπροβαλτα είναι στο κέντρο τριών νομών Η απόσταση για Θεσσαλονίκη είναι 80km το ίδιο η Καβάλα η Δράμα η Σέρρες. Σε απόσταση 40km βρίσκετε η Αμφίπολη με σπουδαία αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα .Επίσης μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την Ουρανουπολη καθώς και με καραβάκι να κάνετε το γύρο του Αγίου Όρους.
