Filia Garden is a peaceful private apartment surrounded by nature, with a large terrace and panoramic 180-degree views of the sea, mountains, and olive groves. Located in a quiet, traffic-free area, yet just minutes from beaches, Pythagoreio, and shops. Guests appreciate the calm atmosphere, hiking trails behind the property, morning birdsong, and seasonal fruit from the garden. The apartment is fully private with its own entrance and a large terrace running the full length of the home. Guests enjoy sun throughout the day, shaded seating under a pergola, outdoor dining, and the rare opportunity to experience both sunrise and sunset from the same location. The 180-degree panoramic views overlook the sea, the eastern mountains, and surrounding olive groves - a view many guests say they never tire of. The apartment is well suited for couples, friends, and families seeking peace, nature, and easy access to both beaches and town life. It may be less suitable for small children due to the elevated terrace. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. There are six cats and three small dogs living on the property. The dogs usually stay upstairs and do not enter the apartment. Some of the cats may occasionally visit outdoor areas, including the terrace. While we do our best to keep animals away from the apartment, the property is shared with animals and traces of cats may be present outdoors. Guests with cat allergies should take this into consideration before booking.

I live on the property in a separate studio apartment. Your stay is private and undisturbed, but I am available if needed. Dimitris and his family live on the property in the upstairs residence. Dimitris is the original builder and long-time caretaker of the home, and his passion for the place is deeply felt throughout the property. His warmth, stories, and local island tips are something many guests highlight as adding a special and authentic dimension to their stay.

The area is quiet and free from through traffic. Evenings are often very still, while mornings bring birdsong and a calm natural atmosphere. A scenic trail starts just behind the property and leads into the mountains, particularly beautiful in spring and early autumn. Guests are welcome to enjoy fruit from the trees on the property, including figs in August and sweet oranges from May to July. Seasonal vegetables may also be shared when available.
