Villa Alexandros is located in Loggos on the island of Paxos. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom . The is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The balcony is 30sq metres long. There is an additional space of 30sq metres covered under the balcony of the house which provides enough shade to be used as a sitting area.
