Villa Alpha is a luxurious six bedroom, nine bathroom villa, 580sq.m. with its own tennis court and heated swimming pool. Located on a small hill in the heart of Gouvia Village, 8km north of Corfu Town and the airport, near Gouvia Marina. The villa is nestled in a gated 5000sq.m. green haven, creating a unique and tranquil environment with beautiful views, whilst being only five minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and taxis. The property is meticulously maintained and improved every year.

Neighborhood info

Gouvia is nicely situated on the eastern coast, in the centre of the island, making it ideal for daily excursions to the many beaches and villages of Corfu. Gouvia village has something for everyone, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and numerous shops for the gifts that you may wish to take back home with you. Gouvia Marina is also close by, a good 15 minute walk or a short drive from the villa, where you will find cafes and restaurants or you can just stroll around. For the sportsman in you, or for some fun activities, Gatos Watersports is the place to go and it's so close to the villa!
