The 112 m² house is spread over two levels and harmoniously combines traditional Cycladic architecture with contemporary elements. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to the open plan living and kitchen area, from where the views are already breathtaking. The living area features a built-in sofa, while the interior design is deliberately spartan to convey a feeling of uncluttered calm, with an equally 'considerate' color scheme of grey, white, natural wood and seagrass. There is also a table for indoor dining and the kitchen is fully equipped. From the living area a few steps lead up to the raised part of the house where there are two bedrooms (next to each other). One with its own shower room and balcony door with sea views, small terrace with a chair. The second bedroom with balcony door has a small balcony and a shower room next door. Here too, a few steps lead from the living area down to the basement, where there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a bedroom with a double bed (both bedrooms next to each other), a shower room and a laundry room with washing machine. There is a closet in each bedroom, one of which is only available to a limited extent. An outdoor terrace surrounds the villa and there is a small table at the back. In front of the villa there is a large wooden table, ideal for snacks or meals, on the same level is the pool (unheated). Here guests can relax on a sunbathing area with loungers, with a good book or an aperitif, or sit enchanted as the sun sinks into the sea. Outdoor shower available.

If you are not relaxing into the house or lazing on one of the nearby beaches, you can rent a boat, snorkel or dive, discover enchanting villages and hike through an untouched landscape to a monastery on a hill or an old tower.
