Villa Andreas is located in the traditional seaside village of Panormo only 40 metres from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Villa recently undergone a full interior renovation, now offering a generous space of 250m2. The villa spans across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Each level offers independence to guests as there are various entrances from outdoors making it a perfect layout for everyone. The outdoor facilities include: - Α private 35sq.m swimming pool with non-slip tile around, which can also be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). - An outdoor shower. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue. - A variety of furnished spots including sun beds and an outdoor dining table. - Outdoor children’s play ground and two soccer goals. - Two adult bicycles and one toddler bike are available for guests to use during their stay. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

The villa is located in Panormo, a beautiful seafront village. From the villa you are near shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. You have plenty of choices reachable on foot. It is only 22 km from Rethymno and 56 km from Heraklion town. Panormo has supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, traditional tavernas and cafes which are all reachable on foot. Additionally the nearest organised beach is 40 meters from the villa with another organised sandy beach only 200 meters away. With its Cretan hospitality and traditional character, Panormo ensures an unforgettable visit that features impressions of Crete that will remain in the minds of all of its visitors!
