Mrs. Vassilia Anni, her children Rania and Georgos, and grandchildren Katerina and Stathis would like to welcome you to Villa Anni. Built in 1985, and currently under refurbishment, it is a friendly family run property.

Property info

The very popular Villa Anni is in a perfect location, within minutes walk of shops, restaurants and the beautiful Achladies beach. It is ideal for couples and families alike.The large swimming pool is one of it's particularly attractive features with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Set in lovely gardens of lawns, rose bushes and fruit trees it is a perfect place to relax. The bus stop is close by making it accessible to many other beaches on the island or to go into Skiathos town. It is also possible to walk into town, for the energetic, as there is a pavement that runs from Achladies to town. There are no photographs as yet of the rooms as they are under refurbishment and modernisation.

Neighborhood info

Achladies is the perfect location, not only does it have a beautiful beach, 7 minutes walk from the villa, but also 3 supermarkets and several tavernas. The bus stop is 2.5 minutes walk away and a lovely feature of the resort is the water taxi running regularly between Achladies and the town.
