Property info

A beautiful and modern villa set in a lovley location on the more rural side of the island away from the busy beaches . Beautiful and quiet outside areas for relaxation and outside dining . A new developement of an outside kitchen area will enhance the exisitng charcoal bbq . There is a small courtyard to relax under the olive tree at the rear of the house and an upper seating and relaxation area with views to the ocean .The villa has a crisp clean appearance and offers quality bed linens.

Neighborhood info

The area is quiet and rural , there are no bars .clubs or shops close by . Its only a 15 minute drive into town for the livley life and shops, restaurants etc , everything on the island is no more tha 15 minutes away . The road to the villa is best travelled in a 4x4 car as its a secondary road without tarmac and bumpy in places . There are some beautiful hiking trails that can be reached from the area and followed with a walkers guide book or map . The wildlife is plentiful in the area with many birds and perhaps the odd goat that passes through the hillside .
