Located in a picturesque village on the Cretan country side, this lovely Villa is just 8 minutes away from the amenities one will need during their self-catered holiday and only 10 minutes by car from a wonderful sandy beach on the north coast of the island. Villa Armonia is ideal for a couple’s vacation, but also for a small group as it can accommodate up to 4 guests. As you enter the Villa, an open-plan area consisting of the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, welcomes you right away on your left. The wooden ceiling, open fireplace and comfortable sofas, will make you instantly feel at home! Each sofa converts to a sofa bed that can sleep 2 additional guests. Armonia villa is located in the village of Pasalites. The village is a small settlement in the prefecture of Rethymno and the municipality of Mylopotamos. It is located in the northern foothills of Psiloritis in semi-mountainous terrain and east-southeast of the city of Rethymno. The villa, with its ancient history and authentic ways of life, is An ideal place to learn about customs, traditions and experience a rural life. Also in the village guests will find a regional taverna as well as a traditional cafe. Perama town which is within 7 minutes driving you will find everything that you might desire like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, approximately 16 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. Panormos village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
