It is a cozy house situated in the villa’s area of Nea Kallikrateia with a large yard suitable for plenty of play for children and moments of relaxation for adults. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of privet houses and gardens near the sea. The beach is at 10 min. on feet or 2 min by car. In short distances you will find many organized beaches and taverns, as well as local products.
