I am originally from Cape Town South Africa but I live and manage Villa Athena Skiathos throughout the Greek summer months (May - Oct). I am passionate about the fact that guests who stay at Villa Athena must have the most wonderful holiday ever and I am always available to assist them in anything should they have any questions or needs - whether you need me to book the best dinner table at a very special restaurant, Taxi or just advice on where to go for the day.

Property info

Villa Athena is an architect designed "boutique" styled Villa with unsurpassed views across the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands. It has 8 studio's which are stylishly and individually decorated in authentic Greek style, with great care spent on comfort, privacy, tranquillity and serenity. It is wonderfully located, a short scooter ride from Skiathos town, whilst sufficiently off the beaten track, situated in a residential area called Ftelia, in the Megali Ammos Beach area. We want you to have the best holiday ever, so we make sure you have the best tables at the many fine restaurants in Skiathos itself and the surrounding countryside. We assist with the booking and arranging of a scooter/car/jeep to hire at no extra fee to the guests. We can also advise you with regard to boat hire, excursions and walking trails.

Neighborhood info

Ftelia is a quiet residential neighbourhood, away from the noise of the town and the busy coastal road. It is a matter of minutes away from the main town of Skiathos, so very easy to reach the tavernas and bars in the evenings. All of the studios have fabulous views across the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands. Guests can sit on their private balcony and watch the activities of arriving aeroplanes and ferries to the island. Moon rises are absolutely spectacular over the bay directly in front of Villa Athena.
