Villa Bienvenue is located in a peaceful residential area made up primarily of private villas, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature and overlooking the Aegean Sea. Positioned at the edge of the estate and closer to the sea than most neighbouring properties, the villa enjoys a greater sense of openness, privacy and uninterrupted views. Access to the estate is through a private entrance used only by residents and their guests, helping preserve the calm character of the area while keeping traffic to a minimum. Each villa has its own private parking space, making it easy to explore Skiathos by car. We recommend having a car To fully enjoy your stay and discover the island's beautiful beaches, villages and hidden coves, we strongly recommend renting a car. While some places are accessible by bus, many of Skiathos' most rewarding locations are easier and more comfortable to reach by car, especially during the summer. A personal welcome To make your arrival as easy as possible, I personally welcome guests near Bus Stop 13. From there, you simply follow my car to the villa, where I'll open the entrance gate, help you settle in and hand over the keys. This makes finding the property simple and stress-free, even for first-time visitors to Skiathos. After your arrival, you'll enjoy complete independence, privacy and the freedom to experience the island at your own pace.
