Villa Bilio consists of a ground floor apartment (The Guesthouse), one apartment which is not for rent (1st floor) and one apartment at the 2nd floor of a new built villa at the village of Drapanias at Kissamos - Chania Crete. Each apartment is completely isolated from the rest two apartments of the building (elevator suitable for invalid people, separate entrance) 2nd floor apartment consists of three double bed bedrooms, one bathroom , one wc, and a spacious living room - kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 130m2. Every sector of the house is equipped with central air conditioning system (fan coil) that provides heat during winter and cold during summer. Villa Bilio was built in 2009 according to the highest construction standards , with extensive architectural care concerning both its interiors and its exterior so as to conform with the traditional houses of the village and to offer the highest standards of living to its guests. The guest house is a ground floor apartment of 60m2 and costists of one double bed bedroom , one living room - kitchen with one sofa bed and a spacious bathroom. 15m2 of a private quiet courtyard is ideal for breakfast or lunch.

I am Stavros ,I am a civil engineer and Villa Bilio is our newbuilt house situated at the village of our predecessors at the picturesque village of Ano Drapanias - Kissamos - Chania - Crete. You will be able to communicate with me via phone which we will provide you and I will be willing to solve every problem and give you any advice necessary to have a great stay at Chania. My father lives at the 1st floor of Villa Bilio and will be there during your stay to help you with anything you might need.
