We have been married for 57 years and have been caring for this property for over 30 years. We have renovated all the houses of our private complex SECRET SPORADES in the first 10 years preserving the traditional style of the island to host friends and our clients when we were still in business. In the last 3 years, we have modernized all the bathrooms and refreshed all the structures to allow a comfortable stay for a rental business and we have made the road (4-500 ml.) that leads through the PARK of our property to our Coast Line with a natural beach with a panoramic trekking route stupendous. Swim and snorkel in complete tranquility!

The SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence extends towards the sea on the west side of the old and traditional village of Palio Klima (See Google map). All the housing units are connected to each other and enjoy panoramic common areas equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor kitchens with BBQ and a wood-burning oven where you can organize group activities, entertainment, dinners, reading, and games. Panoramic access to the private natural beach through the park of the property. All housing units enjoy a surprising panorama from their terraces and balconies. All terraces and balconies are equipped with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The Residence is also equipped with common areas such as:- - The panoramic infinity POOL with SPA in its terraced garden equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, umbrellas, and external showers. - Areas for group activities, RELAX, and aggregation (Large terrace overview with a covered mezzanine, outdoor kitchens with oven and BBQ a wood and gas stove; or the shady gardens in relaxation areas secluded and panoramic...

The completely fenced Secret Sporades Panoramic Residence is part of the old and traditional village of Palio Klima. The village enjoys absolute tranquility and is immersed in a splendid nature full of flowers, almond, olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees. The small traditional houses of the village have mostly been restored by an international community keeping their integrity and preserving an atmosphere of the old days, which is very rare nowadays! Palio Klima is located midway between the other traditional village of Glossa and Helios (Neo Klima) in the northwest area of the island at a distance of about 3.5 km. from both where it is possible to access all services, shops, taverns etc.....
