Villa Cocoon is an exciting, modern villa with private pool, uniquely located within walking distance to Sidari and its famous sandy beaches (such as Canal d'Amour, Apotripiti, etc) and many facilities. Being located within the resort of Sidari, a car is not essential, yet all the comfort, privacy and quiet of an independent holiday home are guaranteed to the guests: a true rarity in this area! Villa Cocoon, delightfully designed and cared by the owners Fotini and Nikos (a well known local carpenter), can sleep up to 6/7 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms as well as 2 full bathrooms. An inviting private pool, wide gardens, extensive terraces and spacious dining areas both inside and outside complement the setting.

Neighborhood info

The villa is beautifully located very close to the center of Sidari. There are many restaurants, bars, shops within close proximity therefore a car is not essential.
