Located just 30 minutes from Athens Airport, the villa features a private tennis/basketball court and a saltwater pool. INDOOR LIVING:The ground floor is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso, and filter coffee machines. A large kitchen island with seating for eight serves as the central dining hub, flowing into a spacious living area with TV (55 inches). For larger groups, a secondary lounge provides a comfortable sofa bed (1.50x2.00m). An elegant staircase leads to the upper level, which houses three sun-drenched bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds (1.60x2.00m), one of which enjoys a private sea-view balcony. The third bedroom is perfect for children, equipped with two sets of bunk beds (0.90x1.90m and 0.90x2.00m). Please note that while the lower beds are suitable for all, the top bunks are designed exclusively for children's use to ensure safety and comfort. All sleeping quarters offer the dual comfort of ceiling fans and full air conditioning to ensure a restful stay. THE GROUNDS: The exterior is an expansive playground for all ages. A 60-square-meter saltwater pool (6x10m) sits at the center of the terrace, surrounded by four premium sunbeds and umbrellas.
