Villa Costa is located in Elia area, only 400m from the sea! This luxurious property consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has an infinity pool with sea view, terrace, balcony and private parking space. The living room and the kitchen have amazing sea views! Mykonian rocks and artwork marbles decorate the interior and exterior of the villa. All bedrooms and living room feature smart TVs, the property is fully air conditioned and offers high speed wifi service throughout. All beds have high-quality Cocomat mattresses. Layout: Entrance level- living room with built in sofa that turns into a comfortable single bed, kitchen and dining area, veranda with amazing sea views and exit to the pool area, one bedroom with king size bed, one bathroom Lower level- two master bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with a large single bed, one bathroom, exit to the pool area Pool area- lounge area, sunbed area.
