Dim Luxury Villa is an impressive newly built, stone villa with private swimming pool just 300 m from the center of the traditional village of Margarites in the prefecture of Rethymno, able to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The breathtaking view, and the luxuries and careful decoration of the interior promise a dream vacation to its visitor. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
