The sitting room can accommodate 1 person There is fully equipped Kitchen with fridge,oven, dishwasher , microwave where guest can prepare their lunches and enjoy them in the dining area in the garden The beach of Episkopos is just 150 m away, the nearest bakery "Il Forno" only 60 meters away,can provide guests the best ever breakfast and local pastries. The nearest village of Nikiana is only 600 meters, where you can find various markets and grocery shops, sea side restaurants and bars.Clean linen and towels can be provided every 3 days

Having lived for more than 25 years abroad , Paris and then Miami, I enjoy every moment in the family house and having guests at home is like inviting friends. The well known Greek hospitality has always been part of my temperament and I make my best so that my guests get memorable souvenirs. It's great when people feel comfortable, enjoying their staying in a calm, pleasant and beautiful environment full of trees, flowers and a well kept lawn , or around the swimming pool, fulfilling their batteries for their daily routine after holidays. Me and my brother Vassilis are always at our guests' disposal , questions of every kind that could facilitate their life during their staying. Our guests have also the opportunity to taste our local gastronomical dishes for free during " Our night together" day!

Guests will enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the house but also the quiet beach with crystal waters only 150 meters away with easy access to it. They may choose the lounge chairs of the beach bar " Pavezzo by the Sea" to relax and taste some of the cocktails and dishes they offer. 'Il forno' bakery, just 60 meters away from the house is "the place to be" during morning time for breakfast tasting of some local pastries. A few meters further there is the picturesque village of Nikiana where you can find various markets , groceries , restaurants and bars , bakeries, gift shops and ATM machines.
