Villa Elena is a completely new and ultramodern apartment, situated near the main street to Paralia Katerinis. The apartment has modern air conditioning and the floor is heated. Satellite channels are also included in the services of Apartment. The living room's ceiling is stretching and of French origin. There are electric shutters and the WI-FI is free, everywhere in the apartment. There is induction cooker in the kitchen, dishwasher, water filter, the alarm is digital and can be used from far away of the apartment. There is also washing machine with dryer for the clothes. Paralia, Katerinis is the best place for family holidays, because the sea is very clean, with six blue flags of UNESCO for the quality of the water. Our coasts are the best in the Europe. Paralia is full of small shops,where you can buy beautiful suvenirs from our country and restaurants, where you can taste traditional Greek foods. There are also a lot of cafes and clubs. The area is 68 km from the city of Thessaloniki, where you can visit the shopping mall ''Mediterranean Cosmos'' and other beautiful places. You can visit Pozar baths, and Edessa's waterfalls.

Μας αρέσουν πολύ τα ταξίδια και μας αρέσουν οι άνθρωποι που ταξιδεύουν. Προσφέρουμε εκπληκτική ποιότητα φιλοξενίας όσον αφορά τις εγκαταστάσεις και το κατάλυμα μας. Κύριο χαρακτηριστικό μας είναι η πολυτέλεια και η καθαριότητα του χώρου μας. Εκτιμούμε τον σεβασμό του χώρου μας από τους επισκέπτες μας.

Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη και πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται εστιατόρια και σουπερμάρκετ. Υπάρχει το water land για την ψυχαγωγία των παιδιών και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση η παραλία που έχει πάρα πολλά μπαρ, μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια και την πιο ζωντανή νυχτερινή ζωή. Έχουμε την καλύτερη θάλασσα και παραλίες που για πολλά χρόνια κερδίζουν την γαλάζια σημαία της UNESCO, λόγω της εξαιρετικής ποιότητας του νερού. Υπάρχει πληθώρα επιλογών για τις εξόδους.
