Villa Elia is located in Kavros area, ​​the prefecture of Chania, just 250 m from the sea. Access to all cities of Crete but also to the points of interest of the island is very easy, through the central road, just 100 m from the villa. Do not miss to visit Kournas lake which is 4 km away from the property, as well as the picturesque small town of Georgioupolis which is only in 10 minutes driving distance. Georgioupoli, is a tourist resort located 38km east of Chania and 21km west of Rethymnon. It is a small seaside town, built in a green plain, full of rivers and springs. The river Almyros flows through the city, and end's up to the Cretan sea, at that point a very important habitat is formed, named as "Almyros Swamp". However, the trademark of the city is the large pier that starts from the port and ends at a small square, where the magnificent white chapel of Agios Nikolaos is built.
