Cozy villa renovated in 2017 with sea view, close to the beautiful Stalis bay (5-7 min on foot), ideal for families with small children. The green landscape and the serene sea breeze make Villa ERATO a great choice for holidays and offer an unforgettable experience.
For many generations, my family has maintained a tradition of being hospitable and welcoming guests. This is why my last name in Greek translates as "hospitable". I am happy to keep the family tradition alive. I would love to invite you to my family's beautiful Villa. I speak Greek, English, German and some Arabic. I would be thrilled to advise on visiting the area or making excursions in our beautiful island of Crete.
Our villa is located in one of the most popular areas of Crete, only 4 km away from Hersonisos and 1 km from Malia. The traditional Cretan villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and Ano Hersonissos are a short drive away from our Villa, where our guests can enjoy live Cretan music and dances and the Cretan hospitality. We are also very close to Lychnostatis Open Air Museum, for guests interested in Cretan folk cultural heritage. We are also close to the archaeological site of Malia and the famous Lassithi plateau. Heraklion city, the Heraklion Archaeological and Historical Museums and the ancient palace of Knossos are approximately a half-hour drive from our Villa. There is a bus stop 150 meters away from our accommodation, which provides reliable transportation to both Eastern Crete (Aghios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Sitia) and Western Crete (Heraklion, Rethymno, Hania). There are many car-rental agencies in the area that offer competitive rates. Our villa has private parking space.
