Villa Filia is a complex of 5 separate maisonettes in excellent condition at Almyros area, built on a 5,000 sq meters green plot of land, less than 200 meters from the beach. Each Villa is 60 sq.m, is fully furnished and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry machine as well, the master bedroom and the bathroom/ WC on the ground floor. I'm Akis. a midle age Greek man. I am involved with tourism many years and i am running this property for 12 years. First with some wellknown tour operators and some years now by my own. Αlmyros beach, is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas by the north of Corfu Island. Is a 2.5 km long, peaceful sandy beach with clear blue water, 2 klm away from Acharavi resort. At the right ends of Almyros by walking distance, is the Agia Aikaterini cape with the picturesque lake “Antinioti” which is protected by the E.U. “Natura program”.
