A nice, small and functional villa, 5 minutes walk from the wonderful waters of Agios Romanos. It has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, courtyard and terrace on the 1st floor. Ideal for relaxation and tranquility. It is recommended because it is next to the sea, has a beautiful view of the Aegean, settlement and sunset and is halfway between Ysternia, Pyrgos and Panormos, Chora and the south side and the catholic villages of the inland and the East, with the famous beach of Kolymbithra. Why Tinos? Because you will find beaches with little or no crowds and crystal clear waters, villages full of surprises and fine cuisine, religious pilgrimages such as the Miraculous Virgin Mary, entertainment or walks in the countryside, I invite the visitor with great pleasure to the island of Panagia and Agia Pelagia for beautiful moments of relaxation. Please: Have your own means of transportation or rent one.

Agios Romanos has a wonderful sandy beach, clear waters thanks to the climate, sun loungers and cafes on the beach, as well as two taverns near the sea, but most importantly, Breeze and calm even on days when the North Wind is very strong throughout the island. The distance from Chora is 7 km and another 5 from Kionia. Total 12 km. Choose better, the coastal road for easier access to Chora and the port. However, ATTENTION, WE SUGGEST THE ROAD THAT CROSSES WITH THE WIND TURBINE, WHERE THE ROAD FROM KAMPOS CONNECTS, THE TURN TO KALLONI AND AGIO ROMANOS AND THE CONTINUATION TO KARDIANI AND HYSTERNIA. THE FIRST ROAD, WHICH GOOGLE USUALLY READS, IS FOR HIGH VEHICLES, JEEPS OR RURAL VEHICLES. For the rest of the inland routes, the upper road is highly recommended. Be careful on night routes only because of the narrow and unlit ones.
