Villa Fotini Ι is a 65-sqm luxury modern-style apartment, located only a short walking distance (700 m) from the center of the Amaliada city and 6km of the most alluring seashore, the cosmic Kourouta Beach ideal for families with children or seniors, for couples an teenagers as well. It is a charming 2-storey structure that offers view to the 2500-sqm manicured garden.
