The villas are located by two beautiful Cretan villages, Moroni Village and Sivas Village.

Villa Anastasia is a magnificent stone-built two-storey villa, that oscillates between classic and modern style. It has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and can host up to 5 adults. The grand kitchen and the living room will create a comfortable and relaxed environment for your holidays. It is located in the cosmopolitan and at the same time traditional village of Sivas, with its wonderful stone buildings and its traditional taverns that invite you to a wonderful journey of impressions. Just a minute walk from the square of the village, Sivas is a truly beautiful village, steeped in history and heritage, ideally located for enjoying all the region has to offer. The villa includes a bathroom with a washing machine and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Villa Anastasia is also equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with Netflix for pleasant hours of relaxation. In Villa Anastasia there is a kitchen and dining area with a coffee machine, teapot, kettle and toaster. The villa is ideal for families as it has a wooden cot with an anatomical mattress for our little guests, a special dining chair and children's crockery.
