MGI has German origins and is part of the UGMG group of companies, which are an expert in the real-estate sector, with the main focus on, hotels, short and long rentals, and emergency accommodation. On any day UGMG is hosting more than 1000 tenants spread out across the whole of Germany. Property info
Villa Grosse is located in the exclusive Rachonas area. 450 meters away from the world-famous Achilleion Palace which was built for the Empress of Elisabeth of Austria. You enter the property via a private electronic gate, as you head for the main building entrance, you pass by gardens, a fishpond and a bird cage. The courtyard area has parking spots for at least 12 cars. Villa Grosse, has a garden with plenty of indigenous flowers and trees, you can decide to either do sports or lay down in the large grass area or take a seat in the shade under the olive/palm trees. The 4500 m2 property contains fully airconditioned 6 double bedrooms and 4,5 bathrooms. There is a bathroom jacuzzi available and the swimming pool has hydro-massage option. Plenty of covered seating outside areas either on the balcony or pool area, gives you the option to have breakfast/lunch with a spectacular view of the Ionian sea. A state-of-the-art security system has been installed, with movement sensors and cameras, keeping your belongings and your loved ones safe. The setup of antennas spread out in the property makes it possible to use the internet not only within the main building but throughout the whole property. Next to the pool, there is a covered seating area with BBQ equipment, allowing you to have a pool/BBQ day. Should there be anything missing during your stay our dedicated employees would be more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Neighborhood info
The area is one of the most historic in Corfu because it is next to the municipality of Achilleion where the historic Achilleion Palace is located. In the same area there are many other luxury accommodations and therefore it is characterized as a very quiet and private area. In addition, there are 3 beaches in the area Kaiser Bridge Beach, Aelos Beach, and Benitses Beach. The nearest village a 5 min drive to Benitses which has its own harbor, is a hotspot for some of the finest restaurants and cafes on the island, with plenty of shops and supermarkets. The airport and Corfu city are about 7 km away. Since the villa is in the middle of the island, you will not need more than an hour by car to reach any destination. We do advise that you get a rental car so you can better navigate all over the island.
