Perched on an olive-studded hillside near Skiathos town (7 min drive; accessible via a normal road), Villa Hillside Skiathos is a brand-new (2026) modern villa in authentic Greek style with extra-large infinity pool (16m x 4m) offering stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains, Skiathos town, and of the nearby islands. The villa includes 4 luxuriously-appointed compact airconditioned bedroom suites, each with their own integrated bathroom and smart TV. Each of the 4 bathrooms includes a washing basin, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet room. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. The villa offers a 50m2 open-plan airconditioned combined kitchen/living room/dining room, with Bosch kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, and induction cooker), a large teak wooden dining table, and a siting area with 65 inch smart TV. Outside there are over 300m2 of terraces available with high-end furniture. A large fan-cooled pergola with L-shaped couch connects the bedroom and living room buildings. A smaller fan-cooled pergola hosts an outside dining area. Starlink-powered WIFI is available everywhere.
