It has 5 guesthouses with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is a beautiful sunny living room with a TV, air conditioning and a dining area with a breathtaking view. The outdoor spaces are stunning, offering an incredible view and everything one needs to relax. In the pool area, there is a special spot for relaxation. There is a garden with a superb view and a sitting area. Also, there is a BBQ with a dining area that offers a gorgeous view and a large space to eat and drink. In addition, it has 1 bathroom in the pool area, parking and a permanent guardian's residence (2 live-in personnel). The villa is ideally located: 5 minutes by car from Nammos Mall & Psarou Beach (walking distance), 8 minutes from the city, 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the port.
