An independent Modern villa of 172m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area, and amazing sea view and sunset. Big garden is surrounding the villa with nice and comfortable couches, outside dinning table, and built in stone BBQ. Free parking. >Only 10' walking distance from the beach. The house combines sea and mountain view. An ideal villa to relax and enjoy perfect vacations! Internal : Lower level: Entrance: A big living room in the basement with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped American type kitchen, one W.C., secondary living room. First floor: Two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, and one more bedroom with two single bed, and big bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms are surrounded by big balconies with uninterrupted sea view.

There are different nice sandy beaches too close to the villa either by walking either by driving. There are also waterfront traditional tavernas with fresh fish, and restaurants, cafeterias and beach bars.
