Villa Karouzo is a ground floor residence of 130 m², friendly for the disabled people which extends in an area of 700 m² with a private pool, able to accommodate up to 7 people. It is located in the traditional village of Agios Konstantinos, 20 km from the city of Rethymno and 11 km. from the sea. The ground floor is rented out to guests, while the upper floor is reserved for the owner and his family, though all amenities described are for the exclusive use of guests. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. The nearest airport in Chania is I Daskalogiannis Airport and is 65 km away. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and cycling. The village center is 200 m away and there you can find a variety of shops such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher shop and traditional taverns and cafes.
