A luxury & cozy villa in Mykonos for true summer lovers, in a very short distance from Elia beach. Villa Kimothoe is unique and perfect for families, couples or friends looking to have an unforgettable holiday in Mykonos island! The villa is located in a complex of 4 independent luxury villas and its ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (kids welcome). The outdoor area is cozy, with an L-shaped pool built into the terrace and a spectacular view that overlooks the Aegean. The terrace is also equipped with a relaxation area that is connected to the indoor kitchen which is perfect to chill-out or dine. The indoor spaces are vibrant and fresh, reflecting a modern approach to the traditional Mykonian & Cycladic style. The living areas on the entrance level are all in common, open space which include living room, dining area and kitchen. Dashes of color here and there contrast with the all-white surfaces giving off an airy feeling. The very same concept is evident in the properties bedrooms, all located on the lower level.

Neighborhood info

Villa Kimothoe is one of the four brand new private properties forming a small complex, just above the beach of Elia on the southeastern side of Mykonos. The nearby beach is well known for its water sports center, while other known beaches such as Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis and Agrari are all within reasonable distance from Villa Kimothoe's location. Elia beach is popular to both families or groups of friends and couples. The beach is also characterized as "gay-friendly" by the residents of Mykonos with separate areas for nudists and gay. The picturesque village of Ano Mera, with its unique monastery, is located 1.5 km away, where you can find – apart from taverns, patisseries etc. – a large Super Market, a bakery, a kiosk and a pharmacy for your supplies.
