Built of stone and featuring a traditional ceramic tile-set roof – typical of the architectural style of the island of Chalki – “Villa Klytia” with its picturesque, shared courtyard, has been making a unique statement of originality amongst all other homes on the island, since its refurbishment, in 2016, that turned this once pile of roofless rubles into a modern residence.

Villa Klytia is located at Nimporio, the central port of Chalki, next to St. Nicholas, the settlement’s principal church, within only a three-minute walk from the passenger vessels landing spot.
