The house is situated in Pigi, an area in Sidari, in a very calm and quiet area away from the traffic and still very close to the sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. The house consists of two flats. The ground floor and the 1st floor is one flat and the the attic floor another one. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single-beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen has access to the outside area where you will also find a BBQ and sitting area to enjoy the warm summer evenings (this is a shared area). The 1st floor consists of a spacious living room and a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom (not separated by walls) next to the living room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. This floor is surrounded by a balcony with a beautiful view over the valley. The attic floor consists of a cosy living room and kitchen with a wooden ceiling, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony to enjoy the view over the valley. Outdoors you will also find a BBQ and sitting area to enjoy the warm summer evenings. This is a shared area.
Beautiful & spacious house situated in Pigi-Sidari, very calm and quiet area with a beautiful garden and the view over the green valley. Very close to all the northern beaches, supermarkets, restaurants & bars.
