Villa Lefkas is located directly by the sea, so you can walk right from the house down to our private platform by the sea. The villa is located in the southeast of Lefkada about 2 kilometers from Sivota. Sivota is a natural bay known as a safe anchorage for boats but also for its unparalleled natural beauty. It is one of the most picturesque harbors in Lefkada, with many seafood restaurants to choose from. Furthermore, windsurfers can have fun in Vassiliki which is about 12 kilometers from our villa. If you want to visit a beach besides our private platform by the sea, the most beautiful beaches of Lefkas can be found within 30 Kilometers distance.
