VILLA LELOVA Is located in the centre of the village Mitikas, a quiet and picturesque village at the sea, in a distance of 6 km to Prevesa (northwards) and some metres far away from the Ionian Sea and the forest of Monolithi.The single-family house at ground level has a size of 105 square metres and is located quietly and seperately with a garden of 1000 square metres for children to play or adults to read in the shelter of the treesThe house is inside as well as outside completely equipped and has hot water and barbecue in the garden. It includes air-conditioning and a heat pump for central heating. The external and internal walls of the house are isolated for a pleasant stay in all seasons of the year or even for a stay of several months at very good prices.
At a distance of 50 – 100 square metres you can find grill restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and a bakery. The beaches of the Ionian Sea can be reached by foot or by car.The forest for physical training or just for a walk is near to the beach of Monolithi.Monolithi has a length of 25 km. It is the longest sandy beach in Europe.
