Villa Ligaria Pinnacle offers panoramic sea views and striking sunrise and sunset scenery. Set on a hillside above the village of Ligaria, the villa enjoys an elevated position while remaining within walking distance of key local amenities. The organized sandy beach of Ligaria is just a 6-minute walk away, allowing guests to enjoy the area without the need for a car. Spanning 250 m² across three levels, the villa features four en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Outdoor amenities include a private 40 m² swimming pool with a children’s section and hydro-massage jets, a BBQ area, and a separate lawn terrace with a ping-pong table. The villa is also equipped with photovoltaic panels, supporting efficient and sustainable energy use. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Villa Ligaria Pinnacle is located in a peaceful seafront village of Ligaria in Heraklion, within walking distance to its gorgeous sandy beach, restaurants and local minimarkets. Additionally the nearby village of Agia Pelagia, which is a short drive from the villa offers crystalline waters and gorgeous views where also water sports can be enjoyed. Easy access to the main highway and Heraklion town (20 km away) with its winding alleys, restaurants and cafes, provides the opportunity to further explore the area.
