Villa Lithos, nestled on the top level of a stunning property, offers a serene escape with breathtaking sea views from its charming balcony. This beautifully appointed maisonette accommodates up to 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and additional sleeping options on two single sofa beds. The villa boasts air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and breathtaking sea views from its elevated position. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
