Villa “Louisa” is a beautiful detached two-storey villa situated in one of the most renowned islands of Greece, Skiathos island. The house is built at one of the most prime areas of the island, Kanapitsa area, 20 metres (1 minute by foot) above the Tzaneria beach. The guests can enjoy all the benefits of the area, such as a beach bar Baracoa beach club & restaurant at Tzaneria beach, Johnny's restaurant (50 m - 2 minutes by foot) from villa and watersports (Porto nostos rent a boat & watersports) with full services, mooring etc. in case you come with your own boat at Tzaneria beach. At a distance of 50 m (2 minutes by foot) from villa there is a mini market (super market Tzaneria). At a distance of 150 m (5 minutes by foot) from villa there is the bus station you can go to the town or other areas & beaches. Also at Tzaneria beach there is a taxi boat you can go to the town of Skiathos. However, the house offers absolute privacy to its guests. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, a living room, one single bed, one double bed with a full en-suite bathroom & a large wardrobe. The first floor comprises of one single & one double bed with its own full en-suite bathroom & a small living room with mirror. Access to the upper floor is via an internal staircase. The house is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and an LCD television with normal TV service at the living room.
