This villa is situated 10 metres from the sea and is in walking distance to the main square, there are very few villas of this size so centrally located in Elounda. It's a very modern villa , finished in July 2017 and fitted with high quality fixtures and fittings. We can arrange boat trips, water sports , taxis , babysitting services, laundry / ironing service - at additional costs all with prior notice . Should you require children's beds or cots for babies please advise us of this in advance of your booking. The location is really amazing walkable to many tavernas and bars, we look forward to welcoming you.

Elounda is a small fishing village, this villa has direct views to Spinalonga ( a famous landmark) and 3 of the bedrooms have direct sea views.This modern villa has it's own private pool and fantastic BBQ area with a wood oven.
