The villa is overlooking the popular sandy beach of Klimaki 300 meters away while the views to the Aegean Sea can be described as breathtaking. This villa will offer you unforgettable hospitality and utmost relaxation. It is in-between the village of Agioi Apostoloi, (3 km) a typical Greek fishing village with a fishing boats harbor where you can do your daily shopping and visit the seafood restaurants, cafes, and bars and the traditional village of Petries (2 km) which also avails a village square in the shade of a large plane tree with a spring of running water and beautiful traditional taverns . The villa is overlooking the popular sandy beach of Klimaki while the views to the Aegean Sea can be described as breathtaking. Extended, lush well maintained gardens of 4000 sq. meters are surrounding the villa supporting the peace, quietness and tranquility to the privacy and luxury of this location. The orientation of the residence is to the south, a very important advantage of its location, which protects it from the strong winds (meltemia) of the months of July and August, providing at the same time a fantastic view during the sunrise and panoramic moonrise vistas, but also a very sunny location throughout the day. The neighboring plots are not built which is a plus to the tranquility and privacy of the place. The infinity swimming pool with internal remotely controlled RGB illumination and reverse swimming device that is boosting the fun of the children, commands an extensive view of the sea that glistens in the summer sunny days. The internal of the pool is dimensioned 4.5 * 8.5 meters and its water is filtered 3 times per day by a much larger filter usually used only in professional establishments. Normally the villa can accommodate up to 5 adults plus a baby cradle which can be placed in the master bedroom.. . . Finally there are two sofas in the living room that can be converted to single beds. However although more than 8 persons (friends) have been accommodated at times in the past a number in excess of 8 is not recommended since the space will become very cramped and maybe reduce your comfort of staying in a luxurious villa. Extra rooms and extra beds can also be available upon clarifications and agreement. Please note that the villa consists of 4 floors plus an attic, but the 2 lower floors and the attic are closed and only the owner (or sometimes one more person) stays if his free-time permits it and only if you declare that his stay does not bother you. Otherwise, he or his local assistant welcomes you and leaves for Athens as soon as you are settled. Even if the owner stays, the pool is exclusively yours throughout your stay. Moreover, except for the Klimaki sandy beach there are another 5 beautiful beaches nearby at a driving distance of 5-10 min and many more further making it an ideal location for those who seek the change day by day. Do not come without a passenger car. Public transportation in very sparse (twice a day), taxis in the area are difficult to be found while renting a motorbike or bicycle in the nearby area does not exist so going shopping on foot will be tiring. The space in the alley of the villa can accommodate easily 4 private cars.
