Enjoy your holidays with family and friends in our residence. Villa Magnolia is situated in a small summer neighborhood, at the foot of Mount Olympus, near Litochoro. The property has a patio, as well as mountain and sea views. The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, toaster and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. You can enjoy the sun and the sea, the mountain and all the outdoor activities the area has to offer, you can visit the archaeological site of Dion, the ancient city, or you can just spend your time in the breezy yard of the residence.

Our residence is in a small quiet neighborhood, in the countryside, at the foot of Mount Olympus. You can find other summer houses all around. Many of the touristic sights of Pieria are at a small distance, like Mount Olympus (28km), Litochoro (6km), the archaeological site of Dion (17km), the castle of Platamona (9 km), as well as all the best beaches of Pieria, spread all around, with the nearest, the beach of Leptokarya, only at 2,5km distance. The closest super market is in Leptokarya, only 2,5 km away. Finally, the PATHE highway, connecting the area with Athens, Thessaloniki and the 2 biggest greek airports, is nearby.
