This beautiful spacious house is inside a huge picturesque plot surrounded by a great variety of flowers & trees. The Villa is full of light, family-friendly, high ceilings, with a unique green big garden. Experience the tranquility of morning walks near the National Park and close to the magnificent Aegean Sea. The best & cleanest sandy beach in Athens, Schinias is full of activities and restaurants. The location is ideal for big families to enjoy spacious house and very big lawn garden surrounded by different scents from flowers. The space, tranquil ambiance and elegant layout of this family oriented villa will sweep you off your feet. The villa is a luxurious and relaxing treat for the senses, purpose built to encourage its tenants to enjoy the finest things in life. The house consists of 3 floors and it is built in a modern luxurious style with concrete exterior warm pink-white walls. Historic Marathon run starting point and stadium is just a few minutes away. The main airport is only 35km away. Parking is free on premises.
I was always finding difficult to fill the "describe yourself" box, but I will give it a try. My name is Yannis, born and raised in Athens, Greece. I like watching movies, reading books, going to the theater,cooking, exercising and of course my biggest love is travelling! I appreciate good company and good food. People say that I am a sociable person and I believe that they are right :). I love hosting because it gives you the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The villa is close to few big houses and natura protected area which make it unique for walks in the morning. The National park (protected by Natura 2000) is about 5-10' walk, but even from the house top floors one can patiently enjoy bird-watching where about 115 bird species have been observed. It is an ideal location for exploring around the most unique of historical importance area or just spend the day at Schinias beach all day which is only 5' away.
