Villa Markiani is a luxurious, traditional Cycladic residence of 100 sq.m., designed to accommodate 2 to 6 guests. The property features a spacious open-plan living and office area, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious main bathroom, and a guest WC. Depending on the number of guests, the villa offers three separate sleeping areas:One bedroom with a king-size bed, οne bedroom with twin beds and a fully equipped studio with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own independent entrance for ultimate privacy. Finally, all outdoor areas feature their own seating options and privacy, surrounded by hundreds of trees and plants, making your experience with nature and the landscape truly unique!

Villa Markiani is located on the peripheral road of the Aegiali settlement, offering both privacy and peace. At the same time, it is ideally situated for easy access to the port and the main beach, which are just a 5-minute walk away. You can find everything you might need, such as a pharmacy, health center, market, public transport, taxis, activities for children, a diving center, beauty center and of course, restaurants and nightlife. The location is completely indepented, offering a unique view, free parking, and absolute security. The main road conveniently connects the villa to the traditional villages of Tholaria, Lagkada, and Potamos, which are located approximately 2–4 km away. Finally, the island’s main town (Chora) is 15 km away, while the distance to the port of Katapola is 20 km.
